Learn as a beginner or advance as an intermediate Foiler with the best coaching at a perfectly diverse spot. Our small group will escape the Sydney grind for 3 days to have some fun foiling in the sun ;-); With one thing in mind, to drastically improve at the sport we love so much. 
Bawley Point is a 3.5h drive from Sydney; Bawley Point & Kiola has it all, flatwater, waves and crystal clear waters. 
Additionally we are going to work on mobility improvement and will introduce you to specific functional fitness exercises.
We are getting started on Friday at lunch time till approximately 5pm. Saturday & Sunday are scheduled as full days, with Sunday finishing at 4pm.
