The perfect fast track training program for beginners who are looking to get into the sport of Wing Foiling.

This course covers the all aspects and basics of an Entry Level Wing Foil Course. By the end of the course, you'll have a great foundation in wingfoiling and the skills to continue exploring this incredible sport on your own. You are also very welcome to join our regular wingfoil training group classes. We run this course usually on Fridays and Sundays (occasionally on Saturdays) from 8am to 3pm. 
Our proven step by step teaching method gives students a fast track start into hydrofoiling. All classes start at our school facility & hydrofoil shop based at the Woollahra Sailing Club. During autumn and winter we recommend to bring a wetsuit. Our school and instructors are licensed and insured by Australian Sailing and Kiteboarding Australia.  
COURSE STRUCTURE
Morning session (3h)
● Theory, technique & dynamics of Hydrofoils
● Muscle group engagement for Hydrofoiling
● Hydrofoil towing behind a boat
● 1h Lunch break

After lunch session (3h)
● Theory, technique & dynamics of flying a wing
● Basic handling of a wind wing on the beach
● Wind wing handling, sailing directions
● Manoeuvres: jibe 
You will be learning on the latest and most advanced foiling technology by leading brands as North, Lift Foils, Armstrong, Core and Kalama. 
Other informationAll wingfoil equipment, power boat and instructions are included. Please bring a wetsuit (*). All vouchers are valid for 6 months.Group size: 2-4
Who's it for: Students who are learning to Wingfoiling or building their skills for Wingfoiling. This class is also suitable to students who already completed the 2h Beginner Tow Foiling Class.
