Booking Changes & Cancellations • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the booking date are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, subject to availability. • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Weather & Safety ConditionsIf Hydrofoil Academy cancels a session due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, you will be offered: • A reschedule, or • A full refund.
Rescheduling Requests • Rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before your booking. • Requests within 72 hours are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
