Eligibility • New, unused items with original packaging/tags (within 30 days) • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (covered under Australian Consumer Law) • Exclusions: used/worn/washed items; opened hygiene items (e.g., earplugs, liners, mouthguards); gift cards; custom orders; marked Final Sale (unless faulty)
How to start a return (Australia) 1. Email moc.ymedacaliofordyh%40olleh with Order #, item(s), and reason; or submit yourdomain.com/returns 2. We’ll issue an RMA and either: • Prepaid label (AU$9.95) for change-of-mind, or • Free label for faulty/incorrect items 3. Pack securely and lodge with Australia Post. Keep your receipt/tracking.
Overseas returns by mail • Email moc.ymedacaliofordyh%40olleh with Order #, item(s), reason, and country • We’ll share the returns address and instructions • Postage is the customer’s responsibility (we’ll cover reasonable postage for faulty/incorrect items) • Duties/taxes and original shipping are non-refundable (unless required by local law)
Refunds & exchanges • Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection (normally 3–5 business days) • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is faulty • Need a different size/model? Please place a new order; we’ll refund the original when returned

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement; for minor failures, we will repair, replace, or refund.
