Zero to Hero: The Ultimate Full Day Wing Foil Course (Rose Bay & Narrabeen)

At Hydrofoil Academy, we designed the Full Day Course for one purpose: Rapid Progression. This isn't just a lesson; it's a complete immersion into the world of foiling. By combining boat-assisted learning with wind wing training, we can take you through weeks' worth of progression in a single 6-hour day.

We offer this premium experience at both of our locations: Rose Bay and Narrabeen.

How the Day Works (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

The "Zero to Hero" formula is simple: split the skills so you don't get overwhelmed.

1. 08:00 – 08:30 | Briefing: Meet your expert coach and get geared up.
2. 08:30 – 11:00 | The Tow Session: We start behind the boat or jetski. Without the wind to worry about, you’ll master the foil, balance, and flight control.
3. 11:00 – 12:00 | Lunch Break: Relax and refuel (lunch break time included).
4. 12:00 – 13:00 | Ground Control: Learn to handle the wind wing on land before hitting the water.
5. 13:00 – 15:00 | Wing Session: Put it all together. Hit the water with the wing and experience your first powered flights.

Which Location is Right for You?

Option 1: Rose Bay (Sydney Harbour)

1. The Vibe: Iconic views of the harbour and deep water. Great for feeling the energy of Sydney.
2. Group Size: We can accommodate up to 4 people here, making it perfect for larger groups of mates.
3. Meeting Point: Reception, Woollahra Sailing Club.

Option 2: Narrabeen (Northern Beaches)

1. The Vibe: A protected lagoon with calm, flat water. Ideal if you want a quieter environment to focus.
2. Group Size: Strictly limited to a maximum of 2 people for a semi-private, focused experience.
3. Meeting Point: Middle Creek Reserve, Wakehurst Pkwy.

2. 2 People: $999 (Great for couples!)
3. 3 People: $1,475 (Rose Bay Only)
4. 4 People: $1,965 (Rose Bay Only)
