Order Processing
All orders placed through Hydrofoil Academy Shop are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship orders across Australia using trusted courier partners such as Australia Post or other reliable carriers.
Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Sydney / NSW Metro: 1–3 business days
• Other Australian states: 3–7 business days
• Remote or regional areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location.
International Shipping
Hydrofoil Academy Shop also offers international shipping to selected countries.

Shipping Large Equipment
Certain watersports equipment such as:
• Hydrofoil boards
• Foil systems
• Large watersports gear
may require special packaging or oversized shipping services.
These items may be shipped separately or require additional handling time. If special shipping arrangements are needed, our team will contact you after your order is placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
This tracking number can be used to follow your shipment through the courier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking information within a few days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Shipping Delays
